Is it a Snake or a Scorpion or Neither!

Also while at fellowship dinner today something happened with my four
year old Andrew. I did not see this happen, but the story was told to me
by several people. You see I had dressed all five of my boys in dress
slacks, new dress shirts and ties. Well Andrews pants were just a little
bit big around the waist and I did not have a belt for him, but I did
have a pair of suspenders. So we put them on Andrew. This was the first
time he has ever worn them before. I have to say that he did look sooo
adorable! Well sometime while at our pastors house Andrew had to use the
restroom. After finishing he went to put on his pants and saw something
on the ground behind him. Well he took off running out of the bathroom
with his pants around his ankles. He fell down several times and was
scared to death. What of you ask? Well he said that a snake or a
scorpion was chasing him sooo fast, it was going to catch him. Well one
of the men at our church was able to stop him and help pull up his pants
and put on his suspenders and calm him down. Now there was no snake or
scorpion and you know what my son was sooo afraid of? Well it was the
one strap of his suspenders. He kept walking around telling people that
the snake/scorpion was going to get him because it went sooo fast. We
finally convinced him that there was nothing there just his suspender
strap. Then he walked around saying, "There is no roaches just my
spenders". I don't know how it went from snake, to scorpion, to roaches,
but I wonder if he was trying to convince other people or himself that it
was just his "spenders"

As a firsthand witness, I can attest to the fact that this was *hilarious!* Poor little guy...once I realized he was safe, I couldn't stop laughing!
