Most Popular (at Church anyway)
For the last couple of Sunday's at church, I must leave to nurse the baby in the nursery room. Not because of her, but because I can not nurse her while also holding Marshall (age 2) and Andrew (age 4) on my lap while sitting in a chair. They do not begrudge Katie eating just want me also. At home Marshall will sit on the side of my chair while I nurse Katie and is fine with that, but lately Andrew wants to sit on me too. Also if they are not fighting over who is in my lap at church than they argue over Katie. "She's my sister" "no she's my sister". I am glad that they love her so much, but I have to explaining to them that she is both their sister. Frequently I am reminded of the scene in Gone With the Wind where Scarlet O'Hara is sitting at the picnic with all the men around her waiting to serve her or get something for her. This is the best way I can think of to explain how her brothers hover around her at any given moment of the day.
Trivia question? Does anyone know what Scarlet's first name was?

Anyone...Anyone at all?

It was Katie. Her name was Katie Scarlet.

No this is not why my daughter's name is Katie she is actually named after her great-great-great grandmother on my mother's mother's side. Although my Daddy said it had to be a subconscious decision since Gone with the Wind is my favorite movie.
